This portfolio is a reflection of my graduate work for McDaniel College’s School Library Media Program. All of my coursework aligns to the American Association of School Librarians’ five standards for Initial Preparation of School Librarians. I am currently the media specialist at Prince Street Elementary School serving students from Pre-K through fifth grades since 2011. I have grown professionally from both my coursework and my experiences as a practicing librarian. This portfolio chronicles my journey and highlights the many valuable lessons I have learned along the way.
